No site constava um determinado horário vago e que poderia ser atendido por um certo convênio. Agendei e recebi um e-mail de confirmação. Mas como fiquei na dúvida lchamei a secretária e ela disse que não tinha aquele horário que constava no site e muito menos o plano selecionado por mim. Ao tentar explicações a secretária não foi clara e demonstrou desinteresse no atendimento. Me decepcionei.
I asked for guidance on how I could schedule the appointment and the secretary said it could be through the website. On the website there was a certain free time that could be attended by a certain agreement. I scheduled and received a confirmation email. But as I was in doubt, I called the secretary and she said that she didn't have that time that was on the website, much less the plan selected by me. When trying to explain, the secretary was not clear and showed disinterest in the service. I was disappointed.
