â â â â â As vezes que levei minha mĂŁe a consulta sempre foi muito bem atendida,Dr.Daniel Ă© excelente ,muito atencioso,atende sem pressa e pergunta muito,o que Ă© bom.Mas a clĂnica falhou quando marquei uma endoscopia para minha mĂŁe , cheguei lĂĄ fui informado que nĂŁo realizava em cadeirantes,atendente disse que se eu tivesse avisado que minha mĂŁe era cadeirante tinha sido me informado que nĂŁo seria possĂvel a realização do exame na clĂnica,agora eu nĂŁo conheço a estrutura e limites da clĂnica,como que vou adivinhar,a empresa que tem que se informar do paciente para saber se Ă© possĂvel realizar certos procedimentos.

But the clinic failed when I scheduled an endoscopy for my mother, I got there I went informed that he did not perform it in wheelchair users, the attendant said that if I had warned that my mother was a wheelchair user, I had been informed that it would not be possible to perform the exam in the clinic, now I do not know the structure and limits of the clinic, how can I guess, the company that has to inform itself of the patient to know if it is possible to carry out certain procedures.

â â â â â A clĂnica pode ter excelentes profissionais, mas que infelizmente nĂŁo sabem administrar o tempo. JĂĄ fui em 3 consultas com o Dr Fernando e minha mĂŁe foi em 2 e em todas esperamos cerca de 1hr e meia para sermos atendidas e a consulta durou 5 minutos, as vezes menos. Hoje uma paciente ficou mais de 25minutos no consultorio com o dr e a minha consulta durou 4 minutos (ate cronometrei por conta do historico) e quando sai do consultorio lembrei que tinha esquecido de tirar uma duvida e perguntei a recepcionista se poderia retornar rapido para perguntar ja que fazia menos de 30segundos que havia saido do consultorio e a resposta foi que ele ja estava muito atrasado para tirar uma duvida de 2 minutos. Mas parece que tem pacientes especiais que podem passar meia hr sem problema. E ainda por fim, perguntas sobre alimentação e rotina, ele terceiriza para os proprios pacientes dizendo para ele buscar se informar no instagram do consultorio. O Dr pediu para que eu retorne em 15 dias, pode ficar esperando, porque nunca mais.

But it seems that there are special patients who can spend half an hour without a problem. And finally, questions about food and routine, he outsources to the patients themselves, telling him to seek information on his office instagram. Dr asked me to return in 15 days, you can wait, because never again.

â â â â â Atendimento exemplar por parte das recepcionistas e equipe de enfermagem. Cuidado e zelo! O Dr. Fernando chegou a hora de aposentar, faz o procedimento de forma rude e com pressa. Tem a mĂŁo pesada e Ă© um pouco apressado sem deixar a anestesia agir. No entanto, parabenizo a recepção pelo cuidado com o paciente.

â â â â â Excelente atendimento mĂ©dico, mas a espera para ser atendido foi de uma hora, devido a incompetĂȘncia de alguma atendente. Se fosse eu o atendido, deixaria passar, mas foi meu avĂŽ de 89 anos. De todo modo, a cordialidade do mĂ©dico e o serviço prestado por ele foram exemplares.
Excellent medical attention, but the wait to be attended was one hour, due to the incompetence of some attendant. If it was me, I'd let it go, but it was my 89-year-old grandfather. In any case, the cordiality of the doctor and his service were exemplary.

â â â â â Recomendo fortemente esta clĂnica para o exame de endoscopia. Marcaram para Ă s 6:30 e fui atendido.na hora. O exame foi rĂĄpido e extremamente profissional. O laudo me surpreendeu por sair na mesma hora. As instalaçÔes da clĂnica sĂŁo excelentes e o cuidado com a limpeza Ă© espetacular. Sobre os profissionais: o mĂ©dico me pareceu muito experiente.
I strongly recommend this clinic for the endoscopy exam. They scheduled for 6:30 and I was answered on time. The exam was quick and extremely professional. The report surprised me by leaving at the same time. The clinic's facilities are excellent and the care taken with cleaning is spectacular. About the professionals: the doctor seemed to me to be very experienced.

Dr Fernando Excelente profissional mĂ©dico, estar me acompanhando no momento e estou vendo bons resultados no meu tratamento de Esofagite. As vezes que eu e meu esposo buscamos a ClĂnica sempre fomos atendidos no horĂĄrio marcado ou atĂ© mesmo antes. Sem dĂșvidas, eu indico essa ClĂnica!
