Havíamos marcado um endoscopia para o meu filho e a realização do exame virou uma novela: a primeira vez foi desmarcada pela Clínica na véspera.
A segunda vez tivemos que voltar pra casa às 7h da manhã, simplesmente porque esqueceram de marcar... Absurdo!
Good doctor, but the Clinic is disorganized.
We had scheduled an endoscopy for my son and the exam became a soap opera: the first time it was canceled by the Clinic the day before.
The second time we had to return home at 7 am, simply because they forgot to book ... Absurd!
