★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica extremamente irresponsável deixei meu gato saudável para realizar a castração e fui buscar o gato estava morto, disseram que o gato teve um choque. Sendo que nenhum profissional da clínica informou sobre OS RISCOS QUE PODERIAM ACONTECER DIANTE A CASTRAÇÃO. Sobre alergia a anestesia, mas depois depois que gato morreu me informaram que foi por causa de reação alérgica a anestesia. Quero saber se eles vão levar a culpa por uma irresponsabilidade dessas, não! Quem vai levar a culpa sou eu que levei meu bixinho saudável para uma clínica irresponsável. Não recomendo a nenhum pai de pet que ame seus bichinhos.

Since no professional at the clinic informed about THE RISKS THAT COULD HAPPEN BEFORE CASTRATION. About allergy to anesthesia, but later after the cat died I was informed that it was because of an allergic reaction to anesthesia. I want to know if they will be blamed for such irresponsibility, no! Who will take the blame is me who took my healthy pet to an irresponsible clinic. I do not recommend to any pet parent who loves their pets.

Depois de ter gastado horrores no minha cria do Cabo Branco que só faz pedir exames e mais exames pra sugar nosso dinheiro e deixam a saúde do bicho se agravar para querer fazer cirurgia. No gato preto eles se preocupam com o animal em primeiro lugar e os valores são bem acessíveis!
Dr Auristeia is very assertive and competent! After having spent a lot of money on my calf from Cabo Branco, who only asks for exams and more exams to suck our money and let the animal's health get worse to want to have surgery. In the black cat they care about the animal first and the values are very affordable!

Entraram em ressesso e eu fiquei com a gata com pontos para retirar.
"Mas daqui a dois estamos retornando "
Certo daqui a dois dias estão voltando as atividades minha gata era pra tirar os pontos hj , aproveitando minha folga que só vai existir daqui a oito dias .
A clínica não abre as seis como tbm não fecha às sete que seria as horas disponíveis para mim; portando fiquei mt chateada sem falar que minha gata tá reclamando mt da perna direita dsd a castração .
Unfortunately I'm giving two stars, because in this last castration they left something to be desired, I paid for it for free but even so the service was incomplete.
They went into stress and I kept the cat with stitches to remove.

Right in two days, activities are going back, my cat was supposed to take the stitches today, taking advantage of my day off that will only exist in eight days.
The clinic doesn't open at six just like it doesn't close at seven, which would be the hours available to me; therefore I was very upset not to mention that my cat is complaining a lot of the right leg dsd the castration.
