I've been with them since they were across the street! I recommend to everyone, clean, clean, organized clinic, light attendance and the attendant to the vets all very attentive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cão para consulta e até então tudo bem, porém meu cão continuou a piorar os sintomas mesmo após iniciar o tratamento, eu por várias vezes tentei contato telefônico e por whatsapp para saber se precederia com mais exames ou coisas do tipo para saber o que está acontecendo e o atendimento da clínica e do veterinário foi zero, ficava no "vácuo" sem resposta de ambos, eu não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trouxe um pássaro aqui, não resolveram o problema dele, e ainda no retorno, quebraram a asa do bichinho. Agora, trouxe meu cachorro por ser 24 horas e por ser a mais proxima da residência e alguns profissionais como a Dra Allany deixou muito a desejar, mal falou o que o animal tinha, e infelizmente peguei 2 plantões com ela, e ela não sabia falar o estado do meu cachorro, quem explicou melhor foi a enfermeira de plantão. E no mais, meu cachorro veio a falescer e ela deu a notícia por mensagem de whatsapp, ou seja, sem nenhum tipo de comoção pela família, não teve um tipo de sentimento, falou como se fosse um objeto, recebi a mensagem em trânsito, só não bati o carro pq estava parada no sinal, simplesmente disse, o cachorro morreu. Falta de empatia, falta de sensibilidade e ainda mais falta de amor com humanos, não deveria estar cuidando de vidas, imagine ter que deixar uma "pessoa dessa", tomando conta do seu animal, seu bem mais precioso. Não recomendo a ninguém, falta demais de amor ao animal.

Now, I brought my dog because it's 24 hours a day and because it's the closest to the residence and some professionals like Dr Allany left a lot to be desired, she barely said what the animal had, and unfortunately I took 2 shifts with her, and she didn't know how to talk the condition of my dog, who explained the best was the nurse on duty. What's more, my dog died and she broke the news via whatsapp message, that is, without any kind of commotion by the family, she didn't have any kind of feeling, she spoke as if it were an object, I received the message in transit, I just didn't crash the car because I was stopped at the light, I simply said, the dog died. Lack of empathy, lack of sensitivity and even more lack of love with humans, you shouldn't be taking care of lives, imagine having to leave a "person like that", taking care of your animal, your most precious asset. I don't recommend it to anyone, too much lack of love for the animal.
