Primeiramente quando entrei na loja a vendedora foi muito simpática , atendeu bem e cumpriu seu papel vendendo as, porém quando recebemos o par eu e minha esposa notamos que as mesmas não eram fiel ao modelo apresentado na loja, eram bem mais finas, mas até aí com a correria dos detalhes do nosso casamento relevamos. Posteriormente já na primeira semana de uso das alianças as pedrinhas caíram , solicitamos a troca pela garantia, após 15 dias as alianças retornaram e com menos de um dia de uso as pedras caíram novamente nos deixamos muito descontentes com o serviço, resolvemos então voltar na loja para trocar o modelo das alianças, pois percebemos que o mesmo voltaria a acontecer e recém casados ávidos para utilizar nossas alianças não queríamos ficar sem , pagamos super caro e quando solicitamos essa troca, a vendedora desvalorizou as alianças dizendo que teríamos que pagar uma diferença grande, enfim percebendo que teríamos um prejuízo grande optamos em fazer orçamento em outra loja da cidade e nos surpreendemos com a diferença do valor e fechamos negócio em outra relojoaria e a gatti nos perdeu como clientes. Enfim não recomendamos, uma experiência que era pra ser positiva se tornou frustrante.
Bad experience, I only lost money with the rings. First, when I entered the store, the salesperson was very friendly, attended to well and fulfilled her role selling them, but when we received the pair my wife and I noticed that they were not faithful to the model presented in the store, they were much thinner, but so far with the rush of the details of our marriage, we let it go. Later, in the first week of use of the rings, the stones fell out, we requested a replacement for the guarantee, after 15 days the rings returned and after less than a day of use the stones fell out again. We were very unhappy with the service, so we decided to go back to the store to change the model of the alliances, as we realized that the same would happen again and newlyweds eager to use our alliances did not want to run out, we paid super expensive and when we requested this exchange, the seller devalued the alliances saying that we would have to pay a big difference , finally realizing that we would have a big loss, we chose to budget at another store in the city and were surprised by the difference in value and closed a deal at another watch store and gatti lost us as customers. Anyway, we don't recommend it, an experience that was supposed to be positive turned out to be frustrating.
