Acho que nunca fizeram uma venda naquele valor em tão pouco tempo. Acho que foi a melhor relação valor/tempo desde que abriram a loja, mas perderam o freguês enquanto tiver que pagar estacionamento para comprar na Vivara.
They are in the wrong place.
I don't think they ever made a sale that much in such a short time. I think it was the best value/time ratio since they opened the store, but they lost the customer while they had to pay for parking to buy at Vivara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindas opções de jóias, porém não tem as numerações principais dos modelos disponíveis na loja. Tive q encomendar e esperar chegar. O atendimento não é mto focado nas vendas, mas como gosto da marca comprei lá duas vezes já este ano.
Beautiful jewelry options, but does not have the main numbers of the models available in the store. I had to order and wait to arrive. The service is not very focused on sales, but as I like the brand I bought it twice already this year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixo a nota de 2 estrelas para a Vivara em geral... a loja nesse local em si é razoável, porém, já tive problema com a Vivara e sua politica, inclusive outros familiares (todos com tentativade resolução nessa loja, sem sucesso).
Minha esposa tem aliança que costuma cair 1 pedra mesmo fazendo a revisão anual das garras e sempre somos tarifados para reposição (vale lembrar que ela não realiza trabalho manual e cuida da peça). O mesmo aconteceu inúmeras vezes com minha sogra e sua aliança.
Isso só me leva a crer que é algo de praxe ou que no mínimo a marca não leva em consideração já que os valores não são exatamente os melhores do mercado.
Tudo isso fora problemas com outras peças que nunca resolveram e forçam a troca por produtos mais caros (nunca solucionam o problema do cliente de forma simples, eles saem na vantagem, acho que é a melhor forma de explicar essa situação).
Agora dou preferências para outras marcas... ultimamente deixam muito a desejar (VIVARA).
I leave the 2 star rating for Vivara in general... the store in this place itself is reasonable, however, I've had problems with Vivara and its policy, including other family members (all with an attempt to solve this store, without success).
My wife has a ring that usually drops 1 stone even though the claws are inspected annually and we are always charged for replacement (it is worth remembering that she does not perform manual work and takes care of the piece). The same thing happened countless times with my mother-in-law and her ring.
This only leads me to believe that it is something common or that at least the brand does not take it into account since the values are not exactly the best on the market.
All of this was apart from problems with other parts that never resolved and force the exchange for more expensive products (they never solve the customer's problem in a simple way, they take advantage, I think that's the best way to explain this situation).
Now I prefer other brands... lately they leave a lot to be desired (VIVARA).
