Terrible service, nobody answers the calls and they also don't answer the messages, every month it's a problem to pay because the bank doesn't accept the boleto.

Poor service, to attend is all the time trying and they do not answer, pay membership they take the appliances and still have to pay to cancel even though they are in days!

The internet goes straight, the service is terrible, I go there they don't answer and through whatsapp it's even worse they put me in a message and they pretend I don't even exist.
