★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sinal sempre está ruim e eles falam como se fosse dados móveis de um celular, mesmo pagando todos os meus corretamente, não está funcionando a internet na minha residência mas já estou abrindo uma reclamação na Anatel e sendo que ele não tem agilidade para dar retorno, sou cliente antigo, ainda estou pois pensei que seria mais rápido a solução do meu problema, mas se eles estão disponíveis para responder, agora sim vao ter que falar com a Anatel ou até mesmo outro órgão
The signal is always bad and they talk like moving a cell data, even paying all properly mine, is not running the Internet in my house but I'm opening a complaint with Anatel and being that it has no agility to give feedback I am old customer, I'm still because I thought it would be faster the solution of my problem, but if they are available to answer, now will have to talk to Anatel or even another agency

Terrible, always keeps falling down. Mainly during the night and weekends, the support is not good. They fix the problem, but it doesn't last a week. How can there be so much instability when I live in the center of Maracanaú?
