★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento para contratação é ótimo, são super atenciosos, mas a instalação se torna um inferno. Fizeram orçamento errado. Cobraram a mais do que o orçado pelos próprios técnicos da empresa. Na instalação a ferramenta para fazer o furo quebrou, voltaram no dia seguinte. A ferramenta continuava com problema e avariou a parede interna e externa. A empresa não se responsabilizou pelos danos, alegando que é normal acontecer. Não recomendo a ninguém contratar essa empresa.
The service for hiring is great, they are super attentive, but the installation becomes hell. They got the budget wrong. They charged more than budgeted by the company's own technicians. In the installation the tool to make the hole broke, they returned the next day. The tool still had a problem and damaged the inner and outer wall. The company was not responsible for the damages, claiming that it is normal to happen. I do not recommend anyone to hire this company.

Mas essa empresa eu tive o desprazer de ter muitos contatos ao longo do ultimo ano. Então é corriqueiro o mau serviço...
É muita irresponsabilidade e serviço de péssima qualidade que eles prestam. Não tem treinamento.
A gota d'agua foi que hoje eram para vir aqui em casa as 9h30 para retirar o ar condicionado e já eram mais de 13h e nada. Nenhuma ligação recebida, nenhuma mensagem enviada, ou seja, nenhum comprometimento.
Já, nós (eu e meu marido), havíamos enviado mensagem e ligado varias vezes sem sucesso de retorno ou resposta.
O que aconteceu é que o ar que compramos tinha que ser instalado por uma autorizada e só essa empresa que ERA. Mas desde que o ar foi instalado em janeiro de 2020 nunca utilizamos como deveria, pois sempre deu problema. Cada vez que vinham era um problema ate o que o fornecedor trocou o produto.
E adivinhem? o novo produto deu o mesmo defeito. Estranho, não? Na ultima vez que esta empresa veio aqui e trocou uma peça eu pedi para aguardarem, pois já vi que não estava funcionando, mas eles disseram que o serviço foi feito, que se houvesse problema ainda teria que abrir outro chamado. Pois bem, o fornecedor resolveu me devolver o dinheiro e retirar o produto e era isso que esta empresa que instalou o ar sem fazer o vácuo, que veio diversas vezes aqui sem ter a ferramenta para executar o serviço deveria de fazer hoje.
Só que não vieram e só me deram uma justificativa após eu ligar de outro numero. Disseram que hoje foram descredenciados pelo fornecedor e que NÃO IRIAM VIR MAIS.
Mas ao ligar no fornecedor eles disseram que a GEAR deveria de cumprir esse compromisso... em fim.. eles não tem comprometimento, não tem competência, não tem ferramentas, não tem profissionais qualificados e tratam o seu tempo como NADA.

It's a lot of irresponsibility and poor service they provide. There is no training.
The last straw was that today they were supposed to come here at 9:30 am to remove the air conditioning and it was already after 1 pm and nothing. No calls received, no messages sent, that is, no compromises.
Already, we (my husband and I) had sent a message and called several times without a successful return or response.
What happened is that the air we bought had to be installed by an authorized company and only that company that WAS. But since the air was installed in January 2020, we've never used it as it should, because it's always been a problem. Every time they came it was a problem until the supplier changed the product.
And guess what? the new product gave the same defect. Strange, isn't it? The last time this company came here and exchanged a part I asked them to wait, as I saw that it was not working, but they said that the service was done, that if there was a problem, they would still have to open another call. Well, the supplier decided to give me back the money and withdraw the product and that's what this company that installed the air without making a vacuum, which came here several times without having the tool to perform the service should do today.
But they didn't come and only gave me an explanation after I called from another number. They said that today they were disaccredited by the supplier and that they WOULD NOT COME ANYMORE.
But when they called the supplier, they said that GEAR should fulfill this commitment... in short... they have no commitment, no competence, no tools, no qualified professionals and they treat their time like NOTHING.
