â â â â â Fizeram minha sogra preparar para colonoscopia (deram laxante e remĂ©dio) e quando entramos no quarto vieram falar que nĂŁo podiam fazer o exame porque teria que ser em outro local pelo fato do risco, ou seja o mĂ©dico analisou a ficha dela depois de dar laxante, sendo que jĂĄ tinha sido marcado hĂĄ dias.(ela ficou dois dias com diarrĂ©ia e mal)
Descaso total e falta de profissionalismo.
They made my mother-in-law prepare for colonoscopy (they gave laxative and medicine) and when we entered the room they came to say that they could not do the exam because it would have to be in another place because of the risk, that is, the doctor analyzed her record after giving laxative, being already marked days ago (she had two days with diarrhea and badly)
Total neglect and lack of professionalism.

Doutora Laura, Anestesista LĂvia, Enfermeiras Karla e Sheila, com quem estive, as meninas da recepção, todas, gentis, com uma atenção que nos dĂĄ o "algo mais" que Ă© tĂŁo difĂcil encontrar.
Taking exams such as endoscopy and colonoscopy is not at all comfortable, but from the service at the reception, reception, structure and humanized professionalism of each of the professionals I had contact with made this experience very peaceful, even pleasant.
