Poor service! I was waiting all day and the order didn't arrive. I called there and they said they would send it and they didn't deliver it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse daria 0 estrela. Combinaram de entregar meu pedido sábado 09:00, mas as 11:00 ainda nem tinham saído da distribuidora. Era dia do meu casamento e eu tive que implorar para outra empresa entregar o gelo para eu colocar na minha bebida. Não confiem no serviço de entrega!
If I could I would give 0 star. They agreed to deliver my order on Saturday at 9:00 AM, but at 11:00 AM they hadn't even left the distributor yet. It was my wedding day and I had to beg another company to deliver the ice for me to put in my drink. Do not trust the delivery service!

No dia marcado, pela manhã, ligue perguntando da agua e falaram que iriam entregar, liguei a tarde é falaram que vieram aqui e que eu não estava, sendo que não sai de casa apenas esperando a água.... a resposta que me deram foi que já haviam vendido e não ofereceram outra além de ter sido grosso comigo ao telefone. Péssimo atendimento, entrega eu não sei se houve... horrível

Quando liguei pra perguntar o que tinha acontecido me falaram que estavam com muitos pedidos e que quem tinha que perguntar o prazo de entrega era eu, mesmo eles sabendo que ia demorar quase um dia pra entregar a agua. nunca mais!

Além de todas as reclamações constantes nas avaliações, sobretudo que não entregam os pedidos ou atrasam muito, a loja tem um estoque mínimo, não tem variedade, o dono é a grosseria e a preguiça em pessoa, os entregadores são pessoas rudes e frequentemente protagonizam bate-boca e até agressões entre si em frente ao estabelecimento. RESULTADO: abriram outras 06 lojas num raio inferior a 100m. Ou fecha ou ... não é loja de água mineral.
