★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outra imobiliária muito fraca de serviço. Querem $$ fácil e nada mais. Depois de passar por uma entrevista pra anunciar meu apto para venda, fui embora com a promessa de ligarem pra agendar uma visita da corretora ao imóvel para avaliar e tirar fotos. Jamais ligaram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários da Gema Imóveis em si são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Mas quando assina-se o contrato, podem encaminhar para uma outra imobiliária chamado Adelino Alves. Aí, começa a dor de cabeça. Pois os funcionários da Adelino Alves são mau-educados, arrogantes, desorganizados, não resolvem o problema do imóvel, tem muita mas muita ma vontade. Só são simpáticos no início quando for assinar o contrato. Depois, mudam totalmente a postura. Por isso, que não recomendo essa imobiliária, se na hora de assinar algum contrato envolver a imobiliária Adelino Alves.
The employees of Gema Imóveis themselves are very friendly and helpful. But when the contract is signed, they can refer to another real estate company called Adelino Alves. Then the headache begins. Because Adelino Alves employees are rude, arrogant, disorganized, they do not solve the property problem, they have a lot of bad will. They are only friendly at the beginning when signing the contract. Then they totally change their posture. Me atenderam de uma forma tão desrespeitosa, irônica, parcial e agressiva que consegui dormir só as 4h da madrugada de tanta raiva que passei com eles.
