O contrato de locação é cheio de falhas e sem nenhuma segurança para o locador, tanto que fiquei com contrato assinado e reconhecido (e depósitos pagos) esperando a casa por 15 dias e desistiram da locação sem nem a correção dos valores devolvidos no período. Não auxiliaram a proprietária quando teve dificuldades com a entrega, pareciam apenas os guardiões da chave do portão não fazendo mais nada para auxiliar nas negociações, pois intermediar o contato que era bom, nada. A Katia inclusive me mandou uma msg dizendo que estava fazendo terrorismo com a proprietária do imóvel, e apenas se dava o trabalho de "printar" a tela da conversa da proprietária e me mandar e fazia o mesmo com o que eu mandava pra ela. Falta de profissionalismo grita! Mais barato e seguro deixar a chave com um vizinho, pois se recusaram a passar o contato da proprietária mas disseram o endereço dela.

The rental agreement is full of flaws and without any security for the landlord, so much so that I had a signed and recognized contract (and deposits paid) waiting for the house for 15 days and gave up the rental without even correcting the values returned in the period. They did not help the owner when she had difficulties with delivery, they just looked like the guardians of the key to the gate, doing nothing more to help in the negotiations, because it was the contact that was good, nothing. Katia even sent me a message saying she was doing terrorism with the owner of the property, and just took the trouble to "print" the screen of the owner's conversation and send it to me and did the same with what I sent to her. Lack of professionalism screams! Cheaper and safer to leave the key with a neighbor, as they refused to give the owner the contact details but said her address.
