Com uma equipe pra lá de competente, fui atendido rapidamente em todas as etapas, mesmo com a pandemia. Hoje, eu fui aprovado na minha prova prática, e devo isso não somente ao meu desempenho, mas a todos que fazem parte da Gênesis. Se você quer agilidade, disponibilidade e ótimos profissionais, eu recomendo a Gênesis. Boa sorte a todos!
Deciding which driving school I would trust in my vetting process was not at all difficult, Driving Genesis came to my mind first; could not have been more right. With a team beyond competent, I was quickly assisted at all stages, even with the pandemic. Today, I passed my practical test, and I owe it not only to my performance, but to everyone who is part of Genesis. If you want agility, availability and great professionals, I recommend Genesis. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os instrutores são ótimos, o problema é que o atendimento é péssimo, de manhã principalmente. Dificilmente atendem o telefone, e da última vez que fui tinha apenas uma funcionária trabalhando enquanto as outras estavam no telefone ou conversando. Sinceramente não recomendaria para ninguém essa autoescola, procurem uma do qual o atendimento é bom que vão ter menos dor de cabeça.
The instructors are great, the problem is that the service is terrible, especially in the morning. They hardly ever answer the phone, and the last time I went there was only one employee working while the others were on the phone or talking. I honestly would not recommend this driving school to anyone, look for one where the service is good and you will have less headaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os professores são bons, mas a organização é péssima. Eu estava com todas as aulas marcadas para o mês de fevereiro, o professor foi desligado. Tudo bem até ai. Porém o professor que veio pra substituir, em vez de priorizar os alunos que estavam com aulas marcadas, vai dar aula pra outros alunos e quem tava com aula marcada vai ter que esperar para outros meses. Não se iludam com o nome! Não tirem a CNH nessa autoescola!
The teachers are good, but the organization is terrible. I had all classes scheduled for the month of February, the teacher was dismissed. Alright so far. However, the teacher who came to replace them, instead of prioritizing students who had classes scheduled, will teach other students and those who had classes scheduled will have to wait for another month. Don't be fooled by the name! Don't take your CNH at this driving school!
