Uma semana tentando alugar uma casa com seguro fiança, todos os dias tendo que mandar mensagem pra saber sobre a análise da seguradora, não dao satisfação de nada. Pedi pra fazer uma reanálise dos documentos e disseram que não era possível, tive que mandar mensagem pra seguradora perguntando se realmente não podia pedir uma reanálise e me disseram que podia sim. Tive que mandar um print da conversa com a seguradora pra imobiliária. Preciso do serviço de vocês, mas vocês também precisam do cliente. Não recomendo pra ninguém!
 very polite employees, but very unprepared to deal with the customer. A week trying to rent a house on bail, every day having to send a message to know about the insurer's analysis, I am not satisfied with anything. I asked to do a re-analysis of the documents and they said it was not possible, I had to send a message to the insurance company asking if I really couldn't ask for a reanalysis and they told me that I could. I had to send a print of the conversation with the insurance company to the real estate company. I need your service, but you also need the customer. I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao contratar parece ser uma empresa organizada... só parece. Desde quando entrei no imóvel estou tendo problemas , não recomendo. São péssimos.
When hiring it seems to be an organized company... it just seems. Since when I entered the property I'm having problems, I don't recommend it. They are terrible.

I leave here my sincere thanks, Mrs. Conceição and the entire team at genesis, who for the past 11 years took care so that my property was rented and well taken care of. As I had to move to another city, I still had the peace of mind of receiving my rent on time during all these years, and to conclude, they showed their competence in negotiating and brokering the sale of it, all electronically with good use of technological advances, but bringing security and convenience. Demora na tratativa das demandas, e-mails não respondidos ou respondidos depois de muita insistência e atendentes que lhe tratam como se estivessem lhe fazendo favor, não levando em conta os alugueis altíssimos pagos, dentre outras taxas. Espero que outros clientes não tenham a péssima experiência que tive com essa unidade do Betânia.
Unfortunately, I had one of the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of receiving from a company. Delay in dealing with demands, emails not answered or answered after a lot of insistence and attendants who treat you as if they were doing you a favor, not taking into account the very high rents paid, among other fees. inda seria desocupado . Porém, por surpresa ao questionar com estava o andamento da locação fui informado que já estava alugado . Além que anteriormente agendei uma visita para outro imóvel, através do contato dessa imobiliária com rede Net, e também o corretor não apareceu. Fica uma dúvida que não respeita o cliente.
