★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Referente ao atendimento uma funcionária tratou minha esposa com muita arrogância e grosseiria eu estava presente minha esposa foi perguntar a respeito do horário da consulta pois chegamos no horário e essa funcionária passou duas pessoas na frente quando questionada veio com grosseria e desrespeito com ela mandando esperar que ela estava atrasada eu faço uso de oxigênio e tinhamos horário marcado não foi de graça não pagamos o mesmo que qualquer um nunca mais volto nem recomendo essa clínica pra ninguém não tratam seus clientes com respeito devido
Regarding the service, an employee treated my wife with a lot of arrogance and rudeness. I was present. My wife went to ask about the appointment time because we arrived on time and this employee passed two people in front of her when questioned came rudely and disrespectfully with her, telling her to wait that she was late I use oxygen and we had an appointment it was not free we didn't pay the same as anyone I will never come back nor recommend this clinic to anyone they don't treat their clients with due respect

Não vouto nunca mais.
I needed a duplicate of an exam, they charged R$60.00, this is absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento das recepcionista em questão de telefone e pior ainda elas desligam a ligação e tira o telefone da linha ou seja além delas deixarem vc na linha por horas elas desligam a ligação sem ao menos te dá uma satisfação e logo após deixa o aparelho fora da linha ou seja vc liga e só dá ocupado PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO MUITO PESSIMO E MUITO TRISTE ISSO PQ APOSTO QUE OS DONOS NAO SABEM QUE SEUS PARCEIROS ESTAO FAZENDO ISSO ENQUANTO ELES NAO ESTAO !
Bad service from receptionists in matters of telephone and even worse they hang up and take the phone off the line, that is, in addition to leaving you on the line for hours, they hang up without even giving you a satisfaction and soon after leaving the phone off the line line that is, you call and it's only busy TERRIBLE SERVICE VERY TERRIBLE AND VERY SAD THAT BECAUSE THE OWNERS DON'T KNOW THAT THEIR PARTNERS ARE DOING IT WHILE THEY ARE NOT!
