★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, segunda vez que venho e nunca tem médicos. Ficamos esperando quase duas horas para ser chamado no guichê e falar pra voltar amanhã. Perdi o dia de trabalho pra vir porque no dia anterior pediram pra voltar e fazer o exame. Mas na hora de fazer falam que não tem médicos. Péssimo péssimo. Deveriam aprender com a Unimed a trabalhar
Horrible, second time I come and they never have doctors. We waited almost two hours to be called at the counter and tell us to come back tomorrow. I missed the day of work to come because the day before they asked to come back and take the exam. But when it's time to do it, they say they don't have doctors. Terribly bad. They should learn from Unimed to work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes não tinha nada a reclamar agora q virou notre dame da péssimo sem estrutura nenhuma, até laboratorio q tinha la dentro nao tem mas, ontem tive q levar minha filha de 5 anos pra consultar pois nao estava bem, médico pediu exame de sangue tive q espera 5 horas pra saber resultado, sistema lento hosspital lotado cm esse surto de gripe.
E fora q convênio e pago nao tem nada de graca e nao tem conforto nenhum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 05/04/2022 estive nesse tal urgência.. com minha filha de 11 meses com febre de 39 e 40 graus, toda mole nos meus braços.. fiz a ficha e nem se quer passou pela tal triagem ... tinha outras 2 crianças na frete da milha filha.. mais esses casos menos grave, bati na porta e expliquei a pediatra CAROLINA BARBOSA DE SOUSA PINTO a situação, ela simplesmente me respondeu aguarde a vez dela, com minha filha em tempo de ter uma convulsão.. bom tive que aguardar.. chegando na consulta, relatei o que estava acontecendo com minha filha gripada mais de 15 dias.. e isso eu indo em vários atendimentos ( Hospital São Lucas 2 x) vários xaropes diferente e nada da menina melhorar coloquei todos na mesa dela e disse pra ela examinar minha filha.. ai ela examinou ( mandou dar dipirona e banho frio, a febre baixou e eu insisti muito pra ela passar o RX com muito custo passou) resultado minha filha com pneumonia) e caso eu não praticamente obrigasse ela a fazer o RX eu nem sei o que seria da minha filha, Bom vim aqui deixar o meu relato desse filme de terror .. já vou trocar de plano espero nunca mais cruzar meu caminho com esse tipo de profissional NOTA ZERO PRA PEDIATRA, ZERO PRA TRIAGEM QUE NÃO EXISTE, POR QUE PRA EXISTIR TERIA SIM QUE PASSAR OS CASOS GRAVES NA FRETE.PEDIATRA: CAROLINA BARBOSA DE SOUSA PINTO
