★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma Bateria Alesis DM7. O fio da fonte que conecta a tomada se partiu. Coisa simples era só prender o fio e passar uma fita isolante. Tentei abrir e acabei danificando a fonte. Após a tentativa de consertar, não pluguei na bateria! Verifiquei com um multímetro e não estava passando corrente. Procurei informações sobre a marca e cai no site da habro, liguei para essa assistência técnica Genos Som e informei o caso ao rapaz, que pediu a fonte e o módulo da bateria. Achei estranho pedir o módulo visto que o único problema era a fonte. Mesmo assim enviei os dois. Final da história. Compraram uma fonte nova completamente diferente e sem marca e colocaram no lugar. Além disso inventarem que o meu módulo estava com problema. Total do reparo R$490. Tenho absoluta certeza que o módulo estava perfeito, visto que o único problema era o fio da fonte. Pensei em recusar o serviço, mas visto a má fé deles acredito que se recusasse seriam capaz de abrir o módulo para danificar e me enviar de volta. Com isso meu prejuízo ia ser maior. Com isso tive que pagar os R$490. Cuidado com assistências técnicas. Como somos leigos na parte técnica dos produtos, eles podem fazer o que quiser com a gente e não temos como contestar. Me arrependi de ter enviado o módulo e a fonte...
I have an Alesis DM7 Battery. The power cord connecting the outlet has been broken. Simple thing was just to fasten the wire and pass an electrical tape. I tried to open it and ended up damaging the font. After trying to fix it, I didn't plug in the battery! I checked with a multimeter and there was no current flowing. I looked for information about the brand and it fell on the habro website, I called Genos Som for this technical assistance and informed the case to the boy, who asked for the source and the battery module. I found it strange to ask for the module since the only problem was the source. Even so, I sent them both. End of story. They bought a completely different, unbranded new font and put it in place. Also they invented that my module had a problem. Total repair R $ 490. I am absolutely sure that the module was perfect, since the only problem was the source wire. I thought about refusing the service, but given their bad faith I believe that if they refused they would be able to open the module to damage and send me back. With that, my loss was going to be greater. With that I had to pay the R $ 490. Beware of technical assistance. As we are laymen in the technical part of the products, they can do whatever they want with us and we have no way of contesting it. I regretted sending the module and the source ...
