Me passaram um orçamento de 350.00. Nao autorizei e eles falaram que fariam por 250.00 (má fé, pq nao me passaram o menor valor da primeira vez? ). Não autorizei! Quando fui pegar o dvd, toquei a campainha 3x e ainda tive que escutar que tinha que ter paciência. Além de tudo, queriam me cobrar 30 reais que nao foi me passado no momento qur levei o dvd la. NÃO RECOMENDO! Grosseiros e oportunistas.
Bad experience with the store. I took a DVD for repair and I was told that I would have a budget in 5 working days. It's been 2 weeks and nothing. I had to call every day! I was given a budget of 350.00. I did not authorize it and they said they would do it for 250.00 (bad faith, why didn’t they give me the lowest amount the first time?). I did not authorize! When I went to get the DVD, I rang the doorbell 3x and still had to listen that I had to be patient. Besides, they wanted to charge me 30 reais that was not given to me at the time I took the DVD there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Rude and opportunistic.

O atendente ficou me perguntando se tinha outro orçamento, se o outro prestador era autorizada e qual fora o diagnóstico deles. Informações estas que não passei, obviamente, até para que não os influenciasse, e por não considerar ético.
Não deixei o equipamento.
Escrevo alertá-los. Não recomendo!
Very bad service!
The attendant kept asking me if I had another budget, if the other provider was authorized and what their diagnosis was. Information that I did not pass on, obviously, even so that I would not influence them, and for not considering it ethical.
I didn't leave the equipment.
I write to alert them. I do not recommend!
