Profissionalismo zero, atendimento pós-venda péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei nessa loja algumas vezes mas não pretendo comprar mais, enviaram uma roupa rasgada para minha amiga e não quiseram trocar porque "não aceitam trocas" e ainda bloquearam ela nas redes sociais.
I bought it at this store a few times but I don't intend to buy more, they sent a torn outfit to my friend and they didn't want to change it because "they don't accept changes" and they blocked it on social networks.

Minha amiga comprou um vestido, a peça veio RASGADA e simplesmente sugeriram um pix de 10 reais pra ela mandar para costureira, isso existe em algum lugar da face da terra? E ainda se recusam a trocar a peça ou a devolverem o dinheiro, vamos de PROCON pra cima de vocês!
Terrible customer support! My friend bought a dress, the piece came RIPPED and they simply suggested a 10 reais pix for her to send to a seamstress, does this exist somewhere on the face of the earth? And still refuse to exchange the part or return the money, let's go from PROCON to you!

Ao entrar em contato para saber como seria feita a troca do vestido, ela foi destratada e informada que a única coisa que seria feita naquela situação era um pix no valor de R$ 10,00 para que ela mesma levasse o vestido na costureira. Além de ter sido bloqueada nas redes sociais também!
Do not buy from this store. My friend made a purchase and asked for delivery to be delivered, the piece arrived at her house torn.
