★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No final de 2021 comprei uma panela com fundo de cerâmica. Chegando em casa percebi que a panela estava com o fundo arranhado mesmo estando com o papel e o plástico bolha protetor. Liguei para a loja e me informaram que era pra entrar em contato no início de 2022 pois estariam de recesso. Passado os dias liguei para resolver o problema. Mas infelizmente se recusaram a fazer a troca alegando que não tinha como panela ter vindo arranhada de fábrica. Fiquem atentos caso precisem trocar seus produtos. Fiquei no prejuízo em mais de 100 reais.
At the end of 2021 I bought a pot with a ceramic bottom. When I got home, I noticed that the bottom of the pan was scratched, even with the paper and protective bubble wrap. I called the store and they informed me that it was to be contacted in early 2022 as they would be on recess. A few days later I called to resolve the issue. But unfortunately they refused to make the exchange claiming that there was no way the pan had come scratched from the factory. Stay tuned if you need to exchange your products. I lost more than 100 reais.
