E direcionamento de quem está aguardando atendimento.
Note 4 only for the 2 employees who did my service, but the lack of organization and the delay were gigantic, all the processes took a long time, they promised a deadline and I spent 3 and a half hours waiting for the vehicle to be ready, all this due to lack of organization.
