★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos 15 dias sem utilizar o carro e na volta da viagem ele não dava partida. Frente a isso pesquisei lugares e encontrei o Geraldo Baterias para dar uma carga na bateria.
Liguei para o estabelecimento, uma moça simpática me atendeu e disse que iria enviar o motoboy com o sistema para recarga, e que demoraria de 30 a 40 minutos e o serviço seria de R$ 30,00.
Achei justo e esperei por cerca de 1h10minutos a chegada do motoboy, quando resolvi ligar novamente, fui informado que a moça passou mal e foi embora para a casa, e que ela não havia passado o serviço para os motoboys, até ai tudo bem, imprevistos acontecem e não é culpa dela.
Pedi novamente para enviar o motoboy me auxiliar nesse problema, falaram que ele estava acabando de almoçar e já iria vir, no mesmo prazo anteriormente estipulado.
Porém com mais 1h20 minutos de espera liguei novamente para cancelar o serviço e o funcionário ainda tentou justificar. Estou cerca de 2h30minutos esperando um serviço que se diz rápido e eficiente e tive a infeliz decisão de entrar em contato primeiro com essa empresa que não me atendeu devidamente.
We spent 15 days without using the car and on the return trip he would not start. Faced with this I searched places and found Geraldo Batteries to charge the battery.
I called the establishment, a friendly lady answered me and said she would send the motoboy with the system for recharging, it would take 30 to 40 minutes and the service would be $ 30.00.
I thought it was fair and waited for about 1h10minutes the arrival of motoboy, when I decided to call again, I was informed that the girl was sick and left for the house, and that she had not passed the service to motoboys, so far so good, unforeseen happen and it's not her fault.
I asked again to send the motoboy help me in this problem, they said he was just having lunch and would come, within the same time as previously stipulated.
But with another 1h20 minutes of waiting I called again to cancel the service and the employee still tried to justify. I have been waiting for about 2h30minutes for a service that is said to be fast and efficient and I had the unfortunate decision to contact this company first that did not attend me properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poucas vezes fui tratado tão bem numa situação de problema com meu como quando troquei minha bateria hoje (20/08/2021). Meu carro já tinha dado sinal que a bateria estava com problema neste dia de manhã, mas a tarde, enquanto estava no centro ele simplesmente não pegou mais. Liguei na loja e fui atendido pelo Sr. Geraldo, informei que precisava trocar a bateria, mas ele informou que enviaria uma pessoa para avaliar se seria necessário. O Giovani me atendeu sem eu nem falar nada e como eu tinha mesmo inteção de trocar a bateria me direcionei para a loja (que não estava tão longe). Fui atendido muito bem por toda a equipe, com transparência, gentileza, delicadeza. Parabéns a todos. Deus conserve. (infelizmente não tirei uma foto com o SR. Geraldo, olha que mole!) (:D)
I have rarely been treated so well in a problem situation with my as when I changed my battery today (20/08/2021). My car had already signaled that the battery was bad this day in the morning, but in the afternoon, while I was in the center, it just didn't start anymore.
