Desde fevereiro estão tentando resolver os problemas apresentados, sem nenhum sucesso. Tive que levar o carro 4 vezes!
Pra piorar, há uma semana que ligo, dizem que a pessoa responsável vai me dar um retorno e nada acontece. Com as restrições da pandemia não posso ficar saindo pra ir aí ver o que está acontecendo e continuo sem notícias do meu carro!
Where is my car? Why don't you call me back?
Since February they have been trying to solve the problems presented, without any success. I had to take the car 4 times!
To make matters worse, I have been calling for a week, they say that the person in charge will give me feedback and nothing happens. With the restrictions of the pandemic, I can't go out to see what is going on and I still don't know about my car!

Disseram q seria necessario a limpeza do tanque então assim autorizamos o serviço um valor alto mas pela necessidade fizemos, trocaram algumas peças como sempre. Até ai blz. Pegamos o carro q voltou com o msm defeito. Voltamos la e nada foi resolvido e ainda durante uma viagem um cabo onde passa gasolina (no motor) simplesmente soltou vazando gasolina p todo lado, um risco enorme. Depois disso o carro nunca mais ligou de primeira e ontem ainda encontramos mais coisas que nao foram encaixadas devidamente. Serviço caro, mal feito e que ainda coloca em risco a vida das pessoas. Lugar onde vc chega com 1 defeito e sai com 2.
Car hard to turn, we carry find q would be a good place. Q said would be necessary to clean the tank then so authorize the service a high value but the need did, exchanged some parts as usual. Until then blz. We took the car that came back with the same defect. We returned it and nothing was resolved and still during a trip a cable which passes petrol (motor) just released leaking gasoline p everywhere, a huge risk. After that the car never called first and last still find more things that were not fitted properly. Expensive service, poorly done and that still puts people's lives at risk. Where u come with one defect and go out with two.
