Atendimento cordial e rápido, pessoas agradáveis, mas infelizmente pedi que deixassem meu horário fixo e hoje quando cheguei para escovar o cabelo, não havia mais o horário. Estava escovando meu cabelo todos os sábados às 10:30h, mas no sábado passado como tinha compromisso, fiz minha escova mais cedo. Ao sair ainda confirmei com a cabeleireira, que nos próximos sábados seriam sempre as 10:30h. Hoje, chegando ao local não estava agendado. Fiquei extremamente chateada, mas deixei meu telefone de contato para que pudessem verificar o ocorrido e me retornarem, mas para a minha surpresa ninguém ligou... Achei uma tremenda falta de respeito e falta de consideração também.. Acredito que no cenário atual em que vivemos, cativar o cliente e mante-lo fiel seria fundamental....
I was really enjoying the environment. Friendly and quick service, nice people, but unfortunately I asked them to leave my fixed time and today when I arrived to brush my hair, there was no more time. I was brushing my hair every Saturday at 10:30, but last Saturday, as I had an appointment, I made my brush earlier. Upon leaving I also confirmed with the hairdresser, that in the coming Saturdays it would always be 10:30 am. Today, arriving at the site was not scheduled. I was extremely upset, but I left my contact number so that they could verify what happened and return me, but to my surprise, nobody called ... I found a tremendous lack of respect and lack of consideration too. I believe that in the current scenario in which we live, captivating the client and keeping him faithful would be fundamental ....

Mas super bem estruturada: por exemplo quando a gente faz um procedimento com química, vamos um anexo bem arejado, onde o cheiro do produto não incomoda nem a gente e nem aos outros clientes. E as pessoas nos tratam como se fossemos amigos de longa data, sempre tem uma conversa agradável e engraçada. Esse foi o meu pensamento quando vim pela primeira vez, e continua sendo ... Confio bastante!
The place is super cozy because it is simply a home. But super well structured: for example when we do a procedure with chemistry, we go to a well-ventilated annex, where the smell of the product doesn't bother us or the other clients. And people treat us like we've been friends for a long time, there's always a pleasant and funny conversation. That was my thought when I first came, and it still is... I trust a lot!
