Fiquei quase 3 horas aguardando, pessoas que chegaram depois foram atendidas. Quando fui saber o motivo, era devido um dos exames que nĂŁo tinham o material para realizar.
Eu tive que ser prĂł ativa, entender o porquĂȘ da demora e resolver a questĂŁo com a empresa.
Se não perguntasse estaria esperando até hoje!

I was waiting almost 3 hours, people who arrived later were attended to. When I went to find out the reason, it was due to one of the exams that they didn't have the material to perform.
I had to be proactive, understand the reason for the delay and resolve the issue with the company.
If I didn't ask, I'd be waiting until today!
