I took both the admission and dismissal exams there, both times I was very well attended by both the receptionist and the doctor. I loved the service and punctuality!

Exame ADMISSIONAL que nem 10 minutos leva!
Quando cheguei o atendente disse que estávamos marcadas para as 11:40h sendo que por telefone marcamos para as 11h!!!!!
Recusaram atendimento!

We scheduled our exams for 11 am and arrived at 11:04 am and were not seen.
ADMISSIONAL Exam that doesn't even take 10 minutes!
When I arrived the attendant said that we were scheduled for 11:40 am and by phone we scheduled for 11 am!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na clínica as 8:50 com horário agendado para 9:10. Segui ate o balcão de recepção com meu documento em mãos. A recepcionista sentada, não olhou pra mim. Dei bom dia e ela continuou sem olhar pra mim, não respondeu, não orientou. Um rapaz estava finalizando o atendimento de uma cliente e ela parou e ficou observando, enquanto eu de frente pra mesma permaneci, segurando o documento. Novamente falei Bom dia, com tom mais forte. Aí sim, ela olhou pra mim e pegou o documento. Atendimento nota zero!! As empresas que trabalham com atendimento ao cliente precisam urgentemente rever seus conceitos ou trocar a recepcionista pelo amor de Deus!
I arrived at the clinic at 8:50 with a scheduled time for 9:10. I went to the reception desk with my document in hand. The sitting receptionist didn't look at me. I said good morning and she still didn't look at me, didn't answer, didn't guide. A young man was finishing the service of a client and she stopped and watched, while I remained facing her, holding the document. Again I said Good morning, in a stronger tone. Then, she looked at me and took the document. Zero rating service!! Companies that work with customer service urgently need to review their concepts or change the receptionist for God's sake!
