Cardápio tem outras opções, entre elas a culinária japonesa.
It is located in Shopping RioMar in Fortaleza ..... for those who like pizza appetizer and cold draft beer, great option.
The menu has other options, including Japanese cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos para almoçar no Giappone Sushibar no dia 13 de novembro de 2021.Pedimos um filé parmegiana, um lasanha e um porpeta.Estava tudo muito bom até a minha esposa achar um cabelo na comida.Fomos reclamar com o metre que não acreditou no que falamos.Nos cobraram a conta integral e nem pediram desculpas.Não volto mais no Giappone Sushibar.Antes de comer lá, aconselho a procurarem por cabelos na comida.Tirem fotos porque o metre não acredita na palavra dos clientes.
We arrived for lunch at Giappone Sushibar on November 13, 2021. We ordered a filet parmigiana, a lasagna and a porpeta. Everything was very good until my wife found a hair in the food. .They charged us the full bill and didn't even apologize. I'm not going back to the Giappone Sushibar. Before eating there, I advise you to look for hair in the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava de passeio no shopping e logo me animei qdo vi o Giappone, restaurante que conhecia qdo morava ainda em Fortaleza,há mais de 15 anos. Entretanto, o atendimento dessa unidade foi sofrível e não era algo isolado com meu pedido. O fato de ser domingo à noite, notoriamente movimentado, deveria ser levado em consideração para o restaurante dimensionar a quantidade adequada de funcionários ou minimamente um fluxo de atendimento eficaz. Contei apenas 4 garçons + maitre atendendo aos 2 restaurantes conjugados (Giappone e Pulcinella), e claramente não estavam dando conta do fluxo (todas as mesas ocupadas). Na mesa ao lado da minha, esqueceram de comandar o prato de uma criança, o refrigerante e e se esqueceram dos talheres.Tudo havia que ser pedido e reiterado. Em outra, mais de 10 min pra conta chegar. Em outra, o cliente teve que se levantar para pedir alguma coisa, já que o atendimento nao chegava à mesa. E, quanto ao meu pedido, sentei pq o garçom confirmou que o combinado de sushi saía rápido, afinal eu tinha pressa. Resultado: demora de 40 MINUTOS para um combinado de 10 peças. Pedi uma taça de vinho e havia marca de dedos. E para ser atendida, para saber do pedido, haja levantar e acenar, senão ninguém te atende. A experiência, que julguei a princípio iria trazer alguma boa recordação, foi terrível.A qualidade do combinado estava apenas OK, não acompanhando o padrão que se espera de um restaurante especializado.
I was walking in the mall and soon I got excited when I saw Giappone, a restaurant I knew when I still lived in Fortaleza, for more than 15 years. However, the service of this unit was poor and it was not something isolated with my request. The fact that it is a notoriously busy Sunday night should be taken into account for the restaurant to dimension the adequate number of employees or, at least, an effective service flow. I only counted 4 waiters + maitre d' serving the 2 combined restaurants (Giappone and Pulcinella), and they clearly weren't keeping up with the flow (all tables occupied). At the table next to mine, they forgot to order a child's plate, soda and cutlery. Everything had to be ordered and repeated. In another, more than 10 min for the bill to arrive. In another, the customer had to get up to order something, as the service did not reach the table. And, as for my order, I sat down because the waiter confirmed that the sushi combo came out fast, after all I was in a hurry. Result: it takes 40 MINUTES for a combination of 10 pieces. I ordered a glass of wine and there were fingerprints. And to be answered, to know about the request, there is to get up and wave, otherwise no one will answer you. The experience, which I thought at first would bring back some good memories, was terrible. The quality of the food was just OK, not keeping up with the standard expected of a specialized restaurant.
