★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e a minha esposa entramos na loja e simplesmente fomos iguinorados. Não acreditando no que estava acontecendo, sentamos à mesa para termos certeza do que estava acontecendo e adivinha? As atendentes foram arrumar a loja. Nunca nos deram um boa tarde ou que já já ia nos atender, pois estavam ocupadas. Nem quando nos levantamos fomos questionado por algo.
My wife and I entered the store and were simply delighted. Not believing what was happening, we sat down at the table to be sure of what was happening and guess what? The attendants went to tidy up the store. They never gave us a good afternoon or they were already going to see us, because they were busy. Not even when we got up were we questioned about anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja trocar uma peça Mas as vendedoras não trocaram porque disse que tinha passado a data nós estamos vivendo um momento de pandemia que o shopping estava fechado tenho um filho pequeno moro no interior e não pude ir na data mesmo assim não abriram exceção atendimento péssimo não tenho um gerente para resolver o assunto e ficou por isso mesmo tive que sair sem o produto trocado nunca mais volto lá nota zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma roupa na loja do shopping Riomar Papicu em Fortaleza para o batizado do meu filho. Precisei fazer a troca e então me dirigi à loja da R Santos Dumont por ser mais perto de casa, tendo sido negada a troca, pois só poderia ser feita na loja onde foi comprado o produto. Ou seja, com a data do batizado chegando, ainda vou depender de a loja que comprei, ter a roupa no tamanho do meu filho.
Planeta Bebê, é muita falta de flexibilidade, né? Nunca mais piso aí e a concorrência agradece.
I bought clothes at the Riomar Papicu shopping store in Fortaleza for my son's christening.
