★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet era ótima, quando caia o sinal sempre tinhamos atendentes para resolver o problema... de uns tempos para cá todo final de semana cai... sexta ou sábado... e ninguém atende o telefone... os chamados tecnicos nunca são retornados... vou mudar de empresa e não recomendo para ninguém a gigalink. Ultimamente muito descaso com o cliente.
 The internet was great, when the signal drops we always had attendants to solve the problem... for some time now, every weekend... Friday or Saturday... and no one answers the phone... technical calls never are returned... I'm going to change companies and I don't recommend gigalink to anyone. Lately a lot of neglect with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velho não tem como conseguir atendimento no final de semana, uma coisa possivelmente fácil de solucionar não é possível devido a não haver Telemarketing, e o aplicativo não permitir contato direto com o suporte, ou seja muito mal planejado, era melhor antigamente quando havia telemarketing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O potencial dessa empresa era enorme, mais não conseguiram manter a qualidade, aceitou um número muito maior de clientes do que conseguem manter e hoje 3 anos depois que virei cliente, desisto de reclamar e vou pedir o cancelamento! Se você não tem interesse de usar a internet nos fins de semana e horário de pico, essa e a internet ideal! Só não dou 1 estrela por causa do atendimento do suporte q sempre tenta solucionar o que eles sabem que não vão conseguir!
The potential of this company was huge, but they couldn't maintain quality, accepted a much larger number of customers than they can keep and today 3 years after I became a customer, I give up complaining and I'm going to ask for cancellation!
