★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que o SEM PARAR deve ser rápido, sem espera, pelo menos isto acontece nos pedágios quando passo. Mas infelizmente neste posto não acontece.
Na ultima vez que abasteci, na sexta feira 15/10/2021 um carro na minha frente tinha acabado de abastecer e lá ficou, o motorista desceu, para acho que pagar, ao invés de puxar o carro pra frente, todo atrapalhado com o cartão, cheguei até pedir para o frentista pedir para que puxasse o carro, mas este ficou com medo, buzinei para o rapaz do carro, mas este não ouvia, pois estava muito atrapalhado com alguma coisa que não estava dando certo. Até que desocupou outra bomba onde o frentista pediu para que desse ré e fosse na outra. Falei com o frentista que deveria ter pedido para o rapaz puxar o carro, pois ainda continuava lá,. A resposta que tive foi que ele não iria pedir para puxar o carro. Abasteci, fui embora e ele ainda continuou lá.
Outro dia também aconteceu de chegar na bomba e ter fila parada. Como tinha pressa resolvi ir embora.
I believe that SEM PARAR must be fast, without waiting, at least this happens at the tollbooths when I pass. But unfortunately at this post it doesn't happen.
The last time I fueled, on Friday 10/15/2021 a car in front of me had just fueled and there it was, the driver got out, so I think I have to pay, instead of pulling the car forward, all confused with the card. , I even asked the attendant to ask him to pull the car, but he was scared, I honked the horn for the guy in the car, but he didn't listen, because he was very confused about something that wasn't working. Until he cleared another pump where the attendant asked him to back up and go to the other one. I spoke to the attendant who should have asked the guy to pull the car, as he was still there. The answer I got was that he wouldn't ask to pull the car. I fueled it, I left and he was still there.
The other day I also happened to arrive at the pump and have a stopped line. As I was in a hurry, I decided to leave.

Somente uma funcionária por turno que faz tudo em uma loja daquele tamanho sozinha, demora demais para atender.
Além do preço do combustível, que nesse posto, nunca foi atraente..???
Existem postos Shell bem melhores na região.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Select Zoado, vc tenta usar Shell box na conveniência e dizem que nao aceitam, liguei no atendimento da Shell e informaram que a loja atende sim, agora fica a dúvida ( Será que gerente é preparado??) Será que o dono do posto nao quer conceder p desconto devido visar lucro?
Vou retornar para a Shell e abrir uma ouvidoria, vou até o fim e descobrir quem mentiu.. falta d respeito do kct.. fora atendimento com as meninas com cara de: aii q saco
