Primeiro que ele ficou no telefone enquanto cortava o meu cabelo, eu pedi pra ele cortar reto e ele simplesmente repicou o meu cabelo, mas claro que ele não prestou atenção, estava no telefone!! Sai de lá chorando e decepcionada!! Nunca mais voltei lá e não pretendo voltar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no salão pela primeira vez para depilar. Fiz o procedimento e adorei. Comentei que gostaria muito de fazer mechas pois queria muito mudar meu visual, ofereceram o serviço tanto das mechas quanto da progressiva. Como são muito bom de lábia, logo marquei os dois procedimentos. Fiz as mechas e não gostei, foram feitas completamente em desacordo com o que foi pré combinado. Reclamei e repetiram o procedimento, para minha infeliz surpresa ficou muito pior. A progressiva foi a mesma coisa, até passei mal com o produto que logo que lavei saiu todo o liso. Fizeram de novo e não funcionou. Acabou com meu cabelo, tive que ir em outro local para consertar. Não foi barato e tive que gastar novamente para arrumar. Irei até lá, pois quero pelo menos ressarcimento do que gastei para consertar meu cabelo.
Não recomendo pra ninguém!
Estou muito decepcionada.
E se não resolverem tomarei as providências cabíveis.
I was in the salon for the first time to shave. I did the procedure and loved it. I commented that I would love to make locks because I really wanted to change my look, they offered the service of both the locks and the progressive. As they are very good at speaking, I soon marked the two procedures. I did the locks and I didn't like it, they were made completely at odds with what was pre-arranged. I complained and repeated the procedure, to my unfortunate surprise it got much worse. The progressive was the same thing, I even got sick with the product that as soon as I washed it came out all smooth. They did it again and it didn't work. It ended my hair, I had to go elsewhere to fix it. It was not cheap and I had to spend it again to fix it. I will go there, because I want at least reimbursement of what I spent to fix my hair.
I don't recommend it to anyone!
I'm very disappointed.
And if they don't, I will take the appropriate steps.
