★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação com o pessoal do suporte de telefone, no meu caso foi para verificar se um exame estava pronto pois foi solicitado urgência. Todas as vezes que liguei tive um péssimo atendimento, grossos e além disso por diversas vezes desligaram na minha cara!! É uma falta de respeito a forma que lidam com o paciente.
 I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the telephone support staff, in my case it was to check if an exam was ready because it was urgently requested. Every time I called I had a bad service, rude and on top of that several times they hung up on my face!! It's a lack of respect for the way they deal with the patient.

Fui realizar o exame de ultrassonografia porém não estava agendado. As atendentes se empenharam e consegui realizar o exame no mesmo dia. Vale ressaltar que o resultado foi liberado depois 15min. Fiquei muito satisfeito pelo atendimento ágil e humanizado! Parabéns a toda equipe do laboratório GIMI!
Great service!
I went for the ultrasound exam but it was not scheduled. The attendants worked hard and I was able to perform the exam on the same day. It is worth mentioning that the result was released after 15min. I was very satisfied with the quick and humanized service! Congratulations to the entire GIMI laboratory team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato para agendar um exame de ecodopplercardiograma e me disseram que eu tinha que mandar a guia por WhatsApp para o convênio autorizar. Enviei mensagem em um dia e fui respondido no dia seguinte e o atendente alegou que minha guia não tinha o CID e assim a Amil não autoriza. Entrei no site do Lavoisier e enviei a MESMA GUIA e foi autorizado em 3 dias. Não era mais fácil dizer que não fazia? Já fui nessa clínica em 2013 e tive uma experiência ruim e nunca mais fui e agora em 2022 pensei que tinha mudado e continua a mesma. Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Para retirar o resultado de um único exame de sangue são pelo menos 4 dias, sendo que quando tento acessar para puxar o resultado online após esse prazo já, nunca aparece o laudo. Realmente é bem cheio, mas infelizmente creio que pelo valor não tenho o que reclamar sobre isso, sem contar que a maioria das clinicas estão assim hoje, atendimento presencial e por telefone também não são nada bons.
Terrible! It takes at least 4 days to retrieve the result of a single blood test, and when I try to access it to pull the result online after that period, the report never appears. It really is very crowded, but unfortunately I think that for the price I have nothing to complain about it, not to mention that most clinics are like this today, face-to-face and telephone service are also not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários da enfermagens são bons, atendimento também mas o sistema de atendimento para autorização de exames, marcação de exames é surreal. Quando era feito por email era mais rápido. Mandei mensagem no whatsapp para o plano autorizar um exame e informam que o prazo é 24 horas... passou 24 horas e nada. Vai ser mais rápido ir pessoalmente. Sinceramente os atendimentos pós pandemia via whatsapp estão péssimos. Não tem funcionário para atender uma mensagem no whatsapp.
The nursing staff are good, service is also good, but the service system for authorization of exams, appointment of exams is surreal. When it was done by email it was faster. I sent a message on whatsapp for the plan to authorize an exam and they inform that the deadline is 24 hours... 24 hours passed and nothing. It will be faster to go in person. Honestly the post pandemic calls via whatsapp are terrible. There is no employee to answer a message on whatsapp.

Porém o sistema lugar é ruim, e chega uma hora que vc não sabe se te esqueceram e já tem até uma funcionária que ajuda a adiantar o exame pq a tela não encaminha. O site pra retirar os exames tb é horrível, fica abrindo várias abas quando vc clica em alguma coisa e não consegue entrar..levei dois dias pra conseguir e o exame nem estava la… consegui pelo WhatsApp só e tb fui bem atendida. Ou seja os funcionários são ótimos ! A parte técnica que precisa rever ..muito nervoso sem necessidade

But the local system is bad, and there comes a time when you don't know if they forgot you and there's even an employee who helps advance the exam because the screen doesn't forward. The site to take the exams is also horrible, it keeps opening several tabs when you click on something and you can't enter.. it took me two days to get it and the exam wasn't even there... I got it through WhatsApp only and I was well attended. In other words, the staff are great! The technical part that needs to be reviewed ..very nervous without need

Expliquei o quanto estava com dor na coluna e fiz a ressonância "autorizando" o contraste eu precisava desse resultado para seguir o tratamento, esperei até a data e me informaram que eu ia ter fazer novamente com contraste, mesmo continuando com dor eu fui e informei que precisava pra aquele momento o resultado da coluna afinal só tive que refazer a outra ressonância que eu tinha que era do dedo.Resumindo me deram o resultado agendei um encaixe no ortopedista chegando la não tinha laudo e nem tenho nenhum papel para pegar esse laudo.
Ja tentei ligar 4 vezes e os atendentes do setor de resultado não passam número de ouvidoria e desligam o telefone(obs isso pq estou sendo educada).
Não indico esse laboratório de pessimo atendimento e falta de profissionalismo.
Bad experience for first timers.
I explained how much pain I had in my spine and I did the resonance "authorizing" the contrast I needed this result to follow the treatment, I waited until the date and they informed me that I would have to do it again with contrast, even though I still had pain I went and informed I needed for that moment the result of the spine after all I only had to redo the other resonance that I had which was of the finger.
I've tried to call 4 times and the attendants in the result sector don't give the ombudsman number and hang up the phone (note this because I'm being polite).
I do not recommend this laboratory with bad service and lack of professionalism.

Realizei um exame particular com a Clínica da Cidade Vila Matilde que tem parceria com Gimi Laboratório, fiz o pagamento e agendei para dia 04/02, pois bem, foi passado todo o preparo com mais de 5 medicamentos para realizar as 09:15 da manhã, chegando lá o Gimi disse q não estava agendado e era para aguardar, meu marido com bexiga estourando tive q brigar para resolver o problema. ao meu lado já havia uma senhora brigando por erro deles.
Me deram um protocolo e uma senha para pegar o resultado do exame. Até hoje não consegui entrar p diz q não está disponível. fui até o GIMI me deram em papel as imagens e mandou o laudo pelo Whatsapp.
mas eu preciso do exame da forma correta, através do site ou por Whatsapp ou por email.
Fizeram o maior descaso e clínica na qual contratei o exame também não resolve nada Só onda esperar retorno.
Se não me mandarem o exame terei q pagar consulta de R$ 350,00 reais por não ter o exame para enviar ao médico.
Disseram tb que estavam implantando o sistema para acessar e enquanto isso tenho q ficar esperando eles implantar o sistema?
sendo que paguei quase 600 reais no exame?
QUERO UMA SOLUÇÃO POIS FIZERAM DEBOCHE DIZENDO pra eu fazer o que eu quiser.
GIME PÉSSIMO NO ATENDIMENTO, SÓ TEM BRIGAS LA POR FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO.
PAGUEI E É MEU DIREITO O ACESSO DE FORMA CORRETA AS IMAGENS DO EXAME.

IT WAS THE WORST POSSIBLE
I performed a private exam with Clínica da Cidade Vila Matilde, which has a partnership with Gimi Laboratório, I made the payment and scheduled it for 04/02, well, all the preparation was passed with more than 5 medicines to perform at 09:15 in the morning , getting there Gimi said that it was not scheduled and was to wait, my husband with a bursting bladder I had to fight to solve the problem. beside me there was already a lady fighting over their mistake.
They gave me a protocol and a password to get the exam result. I haven't been able to log in until today and it says it's not available. I went to GIMI, they gave me the images on paper and sent the report by Whatsapp.
but I need the exam in the correct way, through the website or by Whatsapp or by email.
They made the biggest negligence and the clinic in which I hired the exam also doesn't solve anything. Just wait for a return.
If they do not send me the exam, I will have to pay a consultation of R$ 350.00 reais for not having the exam to send to the doctor.
They also said that they were deploying the system to access and meanwhile I have to wait for them to deploy the system?
I paid almost 600 reais for the exam?
I WANT A SOLUTION BECAUSE THEY MADE DEBOCHES TELLING ME TO DO WHAT I WANT.
