★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da moça Gabriely Melo foi bom, fez o que pôde para me atender, mesmo estando sozinha na recepção. O problema mesmo foi a falta de educação da coletora de exames, deveriam selecionar melhor seus funcionários, ensina-los como atender o público. A tal não estava na sua função, e pelo o que eu vi não poderia ajudar em nada na recepção, mas veio com ignorância. É vergonhoso ter um funcionário desse tipo, que bate boca com paciente diante de todos que esperavam atendimento. Minha experiência na unidade penha não foi das boas. Lidar com o público não é fácil, mas educação devemos ter com todos.
 The service provided by the girl Gabriely Melo was good, she did her best to assist me, even though she was alone at the reception. The real problem was the lack of education of the exam collector, they should better select their employees, teach them how to serve the public. This was not in its function, and from what I saw it couldn't help at all at the reception, but it came with ignorance. It is shameful to have an employee of this type, who chats with patients in front of everyone waiting for care. My experience at the Penha unit was not a good one. Dealing with the public is not easy, but we must have education for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame 5 minutos de espera mega rápido, eu indico e recomendo foi uns dos melhores que já fui. O preço acessível mais barato da região, ótimo ambiente organizado. Só a recepção que deixou um pouco a desejar parecia que a Recepcionista Gabriela não estava com vontade de atender. Mas no geral gostei de tudo
I did an exam 5 minutes of waiting mega fast, I recommend and recommend it was one of the best I've ever been. The cheapest affordable price in the region, great organized environment. Only the reception, which left a little to be desired, seemed that the receptionist Gabriela was not in the mood to attend. But overall I liked everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na recepção. Só 2 recepcionistas quando na realidade tem posto para mais uma recepcionista e fica vago. Quase 20 minutos para cada paciente abrir sua ficha. Se a sua coleta tiver um horário específico para ser colhido esqueça. Chame um atendimento domiciliar para não perder seu tempo.
Bad service at reception. Only 2 receptionists when in fact there is a position for one more receptionist and it is vacant. Almost 20 minutes for each patient to open their file. If your collection has a specific time to be collected forget it. Call a home service so you don't waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente o preço dos exames são muito bom ,porém um recepcionista para atender uma pessoa para coletar o exame você acaba perdendo tempo demais com a demora para atendimento .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So nao dei 5 estrelas pois achei extremamente demorado na recepção acredito que levar mais de 40 minutos para registrar os exames no sistema e muito tempo se isso nao melhorar nao pretendo voltar mais com minha mãe. O prevent indicou mas desse jeito fica dificil.
I just didn't give it 5 stars because I found it extremely time consuming at the reception I believe that taking more than 40 minutes to register the exams in the system is a long time if this doesn't improve I don't intend to go back with my mother anymore. The prevent indicated but this way it is difficult.

Demorou um pouco pois só tinha 1 recepcionista e 1 enfermeira. Mas acredito que isso foi apenas pelo dia e horário que escolhi ir (sábado cedinho).
Fair price, results came out fast, very good service.
It took a while as there was only 1 receptionist and 1 nurse. But I believe that was just for the day and time I chose to go (Saturday early).
