Tempo de esperada: Quando cheguei ainda tinham 4 pessoas na minha frente, todas aglomeradas em uma sala pequena.
Médica: Nem tocou em mim. Falou de detox, remédio de verme, comida viva e até de espiritualidade (se eu via pessoas que ou outros não viam), mas nada de falar do meu problema que era simplesmente um fluxo continuo.
Eu que tive que pedir remedio e ele nem lembrou de pedir exames, eu que tive que falar: A doutora não quer passar uns exames não.
Resultado: Infelizmente péssima profissional de ginecologia.
Resultado da clínica: Tive que ir depois para pegar a nota fiscal.
Receptionist = Good service and attention
Expected time: When I arrived there were still 4 people in front of me, all crowded in a small room.
Doctor: You didn't even touch me. He talked about detox, worm medicine, live food and even spirituality (if I saw people who or others didn't), but nothing to talk about my problem, which was simply a continuous flow.
I had to ask for medicine and he didn't even remember to ask for exams, I had to say: The doctor doesn't want to pass some exams.
Result: Unfortunately, a very bad gynecology professional.
Result of the clinic: I had to go later to get the invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente Joselia muito mau educada, liguei para me informar sobre o agendamento e valores e solicitei que repetisse os valores e me deixou falando sozinha. E não tem relação com a questão da operadora, pois ouvir perfeitamente a atendente e não tinha nenhum problema com a ligação. Atendente Joselia realmente foi mau educada e não indico e nem irei realizar nem um procedimento nessa clínica. Se o atendimento inicial é desrespeitoso.
