Totally tasteless food, yesterday I was with my daughter at the Mauá unit, starting with the invoice that the girl refused to give me, second the omida was terrible without any seasoning...the fiejao was like water...Bad restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é a primeira vez que a apresentação e sabor do prato deixa a desejar. O feijão parecia uma pasta e o molho de shoyo com cebola veio cheio de gordura branca em cima. Gosto da comidinha do Giraffas, mas a unidade do shopping de Mauá é mt ruim.
This is not the first time that the presentation and flavor of the dish leaves something to be desired. The beans looked like a paste and the soy sauce with onion came full of white fat on top. I like Giraffas' food, but the Mauá mall unit is really bad.

Preço demais, carne de menos, horrível, só gordura, crua! Pedi o prato com "costela bovina", 4 mini tiras de gordura com carne.
Nesse não volto mais, e se me perguntarem, não recomendo!
Terrible!!!
Too much price, too little meat, horrible, just fat, raw! Ordered the dish with "beef rib", 4 mini strips of fat with meat.
I won't be back for this one, and if you ask me, I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comi em outra unidade de outra cidade hoje, e tive a certeza que o problema é a unidade de Mauá.
Na que eu comi hoje, a comida estava bem mais saborosa e uma porção bem mais caprichada de feijão e salada, e ainda veio Vinagrete separado, coisa que nunca veio nas várias vezes que comi em Mauá. Melhorem pois pelo que vi não sou a única insatisfeita
I ate at another unit in another city today, and I was sure that the problem is the unit in Mauá.
In the one I ate today, the food was much tastier and a much more elaborate portion of beans and salad, and there was still separate Vinaigrette, something that never came in the several times I ate in Mauá. Improve because from what I've seen I'm not the only one dissatisfied
