★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui abordado por uma atendente simpática que me mostrou todo o menu e quais as promoções do dia, não estava disposto a almoçar pizza, mas pelo atendimento acabei comendo na Patroni e não me decepcionei, pois a pizza estava muito boa... a prestatividade e educação da atendente se destacaram
I was approached by a friendly attendant who showed me the whole menu and what the promotions of the day, I was not willing to have pizza, but for the service I ended up eating at Patroni and was not disappointed, because the pizza was very good ... attendant education stood out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento do balcão é bom, porém pedimos uma porção da qual o valor era exorbitante e pra nossa surpresa quando a dita porção chegou não havia mera semelhança com a apresentada no cardápio, parecia uma miniatura, sem falar da péssima qualidade da calabresa, frango e da carne que era de terceira ou quarta qualidade, carne essa que por sua vez além de aspecto de passada estava extremamente dura, recomendo a todos que queiram passar um pouco de raiva em seu dia.
The counter service is good, but we ordered a portion of which the value was exorbitant and to our surprise when that portion arrived there was no mere resemblance to the menu, it looked like a miniature, not to mention the poor quality of the pepperoni, chicken and meat that was of third or fourth quality, which in turn was extremely hard, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to get a little angry in their day.

I placed an order for ifood which doubled and charged doubled! I can't get help in real time to correct the order, neither by the app, nor by the phone! Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Pedi um talharim com molho bolonhesa e não veio carne no molho. Veio ao sugo. Antes serviam com um pãozinho e agora não servem mais. Alegaram que por conta da Pandemia. Fiquem sem entender, a covid afetou os pães agora? Um descaso. Deveriam fechar esse lugar. Péssimo
Lousy service. I ordered a noodle with bolognese sauce and there was no meat in the sauce. It came to sugo. Before they served with a roll and now they don't serve anymore. They claimed that because of the Pandemic. Don't understand, has the covid affected the breads now? A neglect. You should close this place. Terrible
