It takes a while to deliver a meal plate and the chips arrived cold. Needs improvement for when shopping gets busier.

This store is totally out of service standards, which I have visited in other places...total disorganization in the queue to place orders, employees without the least courtesy to the customer.....ultimately, they need to improve service

We had almost no one, and our food took 1 hour, the staff claimed that the salad was over and so the delay, but that is already the second time this has happened to us.
