E quando tem, a pessoa que trabalha lá não sabe onde está o celular pra receber os arquivos, não sabe abrir um navegador pra acessar o email, diz que não tem ninguém que faça, fica igual uma barata tonta pra um lado e pro outro sem saber o que fazer... Fora o computador sem internet, aí grita pra outra pessoa lá encima, que só pode ter falado algo em outro idioma, porque ninguém entendeu o que ela falou, e que não tem o mínimo de compromisso com a empresa pra descer e resolver o problema. E você cliente, fica com cara de abestado esperando uma solução, vendo esse total despreparo pra ter uma empresa de prestação de serviço. Enfim, nunca mais piso nessa lugar.

And you, the customer, look like you are waiting for a solution, seeing this total unpreparedness to have a service company. Anyway, never walk in that place again.
