★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é organizada, tem variedade, mas o preço é salgado, fora a marcação colada. Parece que todo mundo que entra lá é bandido. A gente fica até constrangido. Sei que isso tem relação com a política da empresa e os funcionários são obrigados a adotar essa postura, mas é tanta gente averiguando os nossos movimentos que um dia me atrevi a perguntar se o povo furtava muita coisa de lá. Eu sugiro que além do segurança, de câmeras, coloquem um guarda- volumes já que a desconfiança é tamanha, pois essa marcação cerrada TB afugenta clientes.
The shop is organized, has variety, but the price is salty, outside the marking glued. It seems that everyone who goes in there is a bad guy. We're even embarrassed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja possui um ambiente bom (apesar de ser um apertado e você acabar esbarrando nas prateleiras) e uma grande variedade de produtos. Os vendedores são atenciosos, até demais, parece uma perseguição a ponto de gerar constrangimento no cliente. Os produtos são de ótima qualidade e até por isso possuem preços elevados, mas é possível encontrar itens mais em conta ou até o mesmo com preços mais baixos em outras papelarias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Hoje, fui à loja com a minha mãe e fiquei extremamente constrangida: tudo o que eu olhava e pegava, uma vendedora ficava "arrumando". Como se a nossa presença lá estivesse incomodando. Falei com a gerente, mas não sei se ela vai repassar para a vendedora. Me senti péssima, ainda fui besta porque comprei lá, mas nunca mais volto lá. Contarei para todos essa péssima experiência que tive lá.

Hoje à tarde, convidei uma amiga pra fazer compras e, de antemão, fiz a maior propaganda, enaltecendo como a loja tinha coisas belíssimas de papelaria. Mas mal entramos, as atendentes começaram a nos seguir dentro da loja, de modo que, mal dávamos um passo, elas se revezavam em fiscalizar nossos movimentos. Ficamos super desconfortáveis, principalmente eu que levei uma convidada. Pretendíamos passar algumas horas na loja, comprar presentes pra gente e para outras pessoas, mas foi impossível. Melhorem, porque o comércio virtual chegou pra desbancar as lojas físicas. E com esse PÉSSIMO atendimento, é bastante provável que, muito em breve, a loja venha a falir, levando ao desemprego quem desprezou a cordialidade com os clientes. Nunca mais eu volto aí.
