Depois decidi fazer contrato para demandar o pai das minhas filhas, porém, após enviar contrato e procuração por e-mail às 17:30 me arrependi de ter assinado, pois fiz as contas e eu não poderia pagar os valores desta advogada. Cerca de 21:00 do mesmo dia mandei mensagem para a advogada pelo WhatsApp e por e-mail, informando minha decisão. Ela então me disse que não vai devolver os 20.000,00 reais que antecipei do pagamento. Alega que tudo já estava pronto, já tinha pedido o desarquivamento do meu processo de Divórcio e a petição de guarda e alimentos já estava pronta. Pedi para me enviar os comprovantes disso aquela hora, mas não enviou até hoje. Ou seja ela não tinha feito nada até então, salvo a consulta e tirar algumas dúvidas por WhatsApp o que foi pago a parte do contrato.
Até hoje nem os recibos dos pagamentos foram enviados.
E mais agora a Dra Giselle me mandou ameaças por causa desta publicação. Eu não quebrei regra alguma, pois aqui não consta nome das partes envolvidas no que seria um processo.
O fato é que agora eu tenho 2 problemas, o meu familiar e o fato de ter enviado para a conta da Dra os únicos 20 mil que tinha para o processo.
Eu enviei o contrato por meio
Eletrônico, e se a lei da o direito de arrependimento do consumidor que comprar on-line e se arrepender, mais ainda de fazer um contrato de valor astronômico de 40 mil reais inicial.
Se eu tivesse que ir ao escritório assinar o contrato eu não teria ido, pois eu estava em BH quando enviei. Aí teria tempo de pensar e não teria contratado.
40 mil só para guarda, se eu ganhar a ação a outra parte vai recorrer, então quanto custaria contra-arrazoar este recurso? Meu salário não comporta tal gastos. E por isto desisti a tempo. Nada tinha sido feito.

I sent the contract through
Electronic, and if the law gives the consumer the right of regret to buy online and regret it, even more so to make an initial contract with an astronomical value of 40 thousand reais.
If I had to go to the office to sign the contract I would not have gone, as I was in BH when I sent it. Then I would have time to think and I wouldn't have hired.
40 grand just for custody, if I win the action the other party will appeal, so how much would it cost to counter this appeal? My salary does not support such expenses. And that's why I gave up in time. Nothing had been done.
