Passado alguns dias comecei a receber ofertas e mais ofertas...hoje depois de receber 54 fotos da vendedora, sem nenhum sentido. Reclamei e disse não estar satisfeita com aquilo e que violava minha privacidade de consumidora. A vendedora, que não sei nem o nome, me enviou um recado atrevido e mal educado e me informou que iria me bloquear. Ora, isso é um absurdo!
Que bloqueou ela fui eu. Infelizmente me parece que vcs não tem muito respeito aos seus clientes...Uma pena. Tentei contatar a gerente da loja para narrar o fato e essa não me atendeu.
Muito ruim....Vou reclamar na franquia tmb.
I really liked the clothes and even bought 5 dresses now in January. I left my phone with the saleswoman, because I got interested in a mayor and she was to see in another store and let me know.
After a few days I started to receive offers and more offers ... today after receiving 54 photos of the seller, without any sense. I complained and said that I was not satisfied with that and that it violated my consumer privacy. The saleswoman, who I don't even know her name, sent me a cheeky and rude message and informed me that she was going to block me. Now, this is absurd!
I blocked it. Unfortunately it seems to me that you don't have much respect for your customers ... Too bad. I tried to contact the store manager to narrate the fact and she didn't answer me.
Too bad .... I'll complain about the tmb franchise.
