★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei na loja virtual Glamour Fitness Ltda - ME., e não recebi o produto. Tentei entrar em contato com os representantes da loja e eles simplesmente me ignoraram. Infelizmente, me bloquearam em todos os meios que tinha de comunicação com a empresa GLAMOUR FITNESS Ltda - ME. (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.), estando assim impossibilitada de mater contato direto, sendo que NUNCA fiz qualquer tipo de comentário/postagem de teor ofensivo ou qualquer coisa do gênero que justifique tal ato, estou impossibilitada de fazer qualquer tipo de questionamento (fiz um questionamento pelo Facebook e não me deram resposta, excluíram meu comentário e me bloquearam), não tenho como pedir nenhum tipo de informação, resposta a respeito do meu problema, muito menos exigir a solução do mesmo, o que reforça mais ainda a omissão, a falta de compromisso da empresa, descaso, e falta de vontade em solucionar os problemas de seus clientes.
Comprei, paguei e não recebi (estou no prejuízo).
NÃO RECOMENDO a empresa GLAMOUR FITNESS para ninguém.
I bought it at Glamor Fitness Ltda - ME., And didn't receive the product. I tried to contact the store representatives and they just ignored me. Unfortunately, they blocked me in every way I had to communicate with the company GLAMOR FITNESS Ltda - ME. (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.), being thus unable to make direct contact, and NEVER did any comment / post of offensive content or anything that justifies such an act, I am unable to make any question (I did a question from Facebook and they didn't answer me, deleted my comment and blocked me), I can't ask for any kind of information, answer about my problem, much less demand its solution, which further reinforces the omission, the company's lack of commitment, neglect, and unwillingness to solve its customers' problems.
I bought, paid and did not receive (I am at a loss).
I DO NOT RECOMMEND GLAMOR FITNESS to anyone.
