Pedi transferência para outra empresa e eles dificultam ao máximo o processo, no meio da pandemia exigiram minha presença no escritório, total desrespeito a vida diante do cenário. Liguei para entender o que estava acontecendo e a Graziela Fe forma extremamente grosseira e rude disse ter mais de 250 clientes e não faria falta a minha conta, tudo num tom de voz altíssimo ( aos berros) e sem nenhum tipo de boa vontade de solucionar o problema.
Não recomendo jamais os serviços dessa empresa e ainda alerto aos atuais clientes que tomem cuidado para não passarem por isso tb.
