★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha primeira compra na loja para minha filha, a roupa custou 49,45 reais e chegando em casa à roupa não coube na minha filha, voltei em Madureira para trocar e a vendedora me informou que o prazo de troca era de 7 dias por ser liquidação( onde ela viu isso nos direitos do consumidor ), sai da loja muito chateada para buscar os meus direitos e adivinhem só? A gerente me ligou e falou que trocaria a roupa e pediu para que eu retornasse na loja( Me fazendo gastar mais dinheiro de passagem e tempo) Mas, voltei e escolhendo e verificando as peças da arara, tudo que eu perguntava o preço, a vendedora me respondia 71,92 reais( ainda questionei a respeito e a mesma, me respondeu, todas estão esse preço!) Troquei por um vestido de 71,92 reais e a mesma deveria me cobrar 22,47 reais de diferença. Saído da loja, fui ver a nota do meu cartão e me cobraram 42,92 reais (quase 100% do valor que deveria me cobrar) fui enviar um whatsapp questionando para gerente esse ocorrido e a mesma se achando correta, me informou que minha peça baixou e o valor cobrado está correto ( como assim? Se eu paguei 49,45 reais tenho que continuar com um crédito desse valor!) Pois bem, estou relatando meu ocorrido para que todos vejam o erro dos funcionários dessa loja e para que ninguém seja desrespeitado como eu!
Estou buscando meus direitos perante o Procon e espero que todos façam o mesmo.

I made my first purchase at the store for my daughter, the clothes cost 49.45 reais and when I got home the clothes didn't fit my daughter, I went back to Madureira to change them and the saleswoman informed me that the change period was 7 days for being settlement (where she saw it in consumer rights), she leaves the store very upset to get my rights and guess what? The manager called me and said that I would change my clothes and asked me to return to the store (making me spend more money on tickets and time) But, I went back and choosing and checking the pieces of the rack, everything I asked the price, the saleswoman answered me 71.92 reais (I still asked about it and she answered me, all are at this price!) I changed for a dress of 71.92 reais and the same should charge me 22.47 reais of difference. When I left the store, I went to see the note on my card and was charged R $ 42.92 (almost 100% of the amount I should have been charged). lowered and the amount charged is correct (how come? If I paid 49.45 reais I have to continue with a credit of that amount!) Well, I am reporting my incident so that everyone sees the error of the employees of this store and so that nobody is disrespected like me!
I am seeking my rights before Procon and I hope that everyone does the same.
