Fora isso tínhamos agendado pelo telefone as 13:00, chegamos 15 minutos antes e só foram atender a gente perto das 13:30... E vi outro cliente chegando depois de nós e sendo prontamente atendido.
O cabeleireiro era bom, mas esses dois pontos anteriores foram realmente frustrantes.

Other than that, we had scheduled an appointment by phone at 1:00 pm, we arrived 15 minutes earlier and they only attended to us around 1:30 pm... And I saw another customer arriving after us and being promptly attended to.
The hairdresser was nice but those two previous points were really frustrating.
