★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO AMBIENTE, cheguei para tentar ser atendida, tinham 5 funcionárias sentadas conversando na recepção quando perguntei se poderiam me atender uma funcionária ruiva que pareceu superior (porém sem postura, sem fala, muito menos educação) falou em alto tom grosseiro “ VOCÊ AGENDOU? “ disse que não pois estava no shopping e queria aproveitar se tivesse horário, a recepcionista que por sinal é um amor e sempre me atendeu bem já estava me informando um horário e a suposta superior disse que nao e teria somente mais tarde. Me senti menosprezada e outra tinham 5 funcionárias conversando ali enfim.. Se trabalham somente com horário marcado somente avisa. Gostei do atendimento da funcionária Camila, porém não voltarei nunca mais a esse ambiente.
 TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT, I arrived to try to be attended, there were 5 employees sitting talking at the reception when I asked if they could serve me a red-haired employee who seemed superior (but without posture, without speech, much less politeness) spoke in a loud rude tone “DID YOU SCHEDULE? “I said no because I was at the mall and wanted to take advantage of it if I had time, the receptionist who by the way is a sweetheart and always served me well was already informing me of a time and the supposed superior said no and would only have it later. I felt belittled and another had 5 employees talking there anyway. If they work only with an appointment, just let me know. I liked the service provided by the employee Camila, but I will never return to this environment.
