★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o meu controle smart Magic da lg nesta autorizada para fazerem um laudo técnico do controle que não está a funcionando e eles me negaram o serviço inventaram um monte de coisa e ficaram com cara de deboche os 2 homens que estava no dia 1 estava atendendo e o outro estava do seu lado.
 I took my smart Magic remote from lg in this authorized to do a technical report of the control that is not working and they denied me the service invented a lot of things and got a mockery face the 2 men who were on the 1st was attending and the other was on his side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Deixei minha tv onde estourou o prazo informado, eu que tinha que entrar em contato e nenhum dos três dias seguidos que liguei tive uma posição. Entrei em contato direto com o fabricante onde aí sim tive a informação que o produto deveria ser trocado e a assistência tinha essa informação a mais de 8 dias e não me passavam, mesmo eu entrando em contato. Minha nova tv chegou no local e eu já esperava algo, e não me surpreendendo a nova tv já estava com a tela arranhada, com isso não recebi e nem sei quando receberei essa bendita tv ??
Terrible attendance. I left my TV where the stated deadline expired, I had to get in touch and none of the three days in a row that I called I had a position. I got in direct contact with the manufacturer where I had the information that the product should be exchanged and the assistance had this information for more than 8 days and they didn't tell me, even though I got in touch. My new tv arrived at the place and I was already expecting something, and not surprisingly, the new tv already had the screen scratched, so I didn't receive it and I don't even know when I will receive this blessed tv ??
