Parecia super simpático, agendamos o guincho pra 5h30 da manhã,de Ubatuba pra SP.
Na noite anterior, confirmamos se ele conseguiria chegar e o mesmo disse que sim.
Quando foi 4h50 comecei a ligar pra ele e mandar msg e nada, quando liguei de um número desconhecido as 5h10,ele atendeu e disse que não poderia ir.
Não vejo problema em não poder ir, pq o feriado foi tenso e vimos o transito, mas pelo menos avisasse, meu marido chegou 2hrs atrasado no trabalho pq não foi fácil conseguir outro guincho de última hora.
Quando pedi indicação de outro guincheiro, ele só parou de responder. Não indico.
Winch Isaiah let us down.
It seemed super nice, we scheduled the tow truck for 5:30 in the morning, from Ubatuba to SP.
Last night, we confirmed if he could make it and he said yes.
When it was 4:50 am I started calling him and sending a msg and nothing, when I called from an unknown number at 5:10 am, he answered and said he couldn't go.
I have no problem with not being able to go, because the holiday was tense and we saw the traffic, but at least let me know, my husband arrived 2hrs late at work because it was not easy to get another last-minute tow truck.
When I asked for another tow truck, he just stopped responding. I do not indicate.
